While staying in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario Gus's was right behind my hotel (Quality Inn on Bay Street). All I can say is try this place. Perfect wings (breaded) and Pizza. I had some special requests that were met by the owner with pleasure. Great prices too. I highly recommend Gus's Pizza! Take out and delivery only.

i hate when the male teenager works. he NEVER has anything in stock and ALWAYS closes early .... annoys me SO much. currently calling at 10pm on a friday night, says on the door opened till 12MIDNIGHT and no answer. walk there cause i live downtown, lights are off. when Gus works, the food is awesome but the teenager is just bullshit

Everything was perfect...potato wedges were crispy and fluffy.....the wings were crispy and saucey ....and the pizza was loaded...Delicious:)

If this is supposed to be great pizza, I would like to see the reaction of other reviewers when they have a pizza like you get in Toronto.........They would have their socks knocked ff.It started when they put the dough on a deep metal cookie sheet............It took about 30 minutes to get.Cheese is not good mozzarella...........and sauce was just like the stuff you get in the supermarket.When will towns/cities north of Toronto get with it and make god pizza????Next time I am in the sault, Gus's won't be on my list

Pizza is delicious. The owner is very friendly. Lunch special for two slices and a can of pop during the afternoon.

Best veggie pizza I've ever had.

The 2 slices and a can of pop deal is great! (I enjoy the convenience of a quick lunch while the buses are on layover).The expanded menu is a huge plus!

Best pizza in town hands down, 6$ for 2 slices and a drink pretty great deal and you'll feel full!To everyone who complains about times/answering the phone, keep in mind Gus runs this operation by himself most days and if it's not Gus it is another person running it solo as well. Patience is key, support your local businesses!

Wings where great but the pizza was sub par especially for SSM. May have just got them on a bad day.

The wings are the best!! Pizza is better than average for the Soo. The sauce is amazing and Gus knows how to cook a perfect crust. Two things that make or break a pizza experience for me. OK prices and I LOVE that they keep it small and the owners are so involved in the business, ensuring consistency.

the pizza is usually very good, but only issue is it can be a tad bit greasy at times, other than that its pretty good and affordable for the lunch combo they sell, Id recommend as they are also very nice :)
